Jarrod Bowen Transfer History & Outlook

Jarrod Bowen is a professional football player, and currently plays for Hull City in the position of forward or wing.  He was born on 20 December 1996 in Leominster, Herefordshire in England.

Jarrod tried out for Aston Villa and Cardiff City, but was not successful and his football career started at Hereford United.  When he was 16 he was already an impressive player, and his first goal was scored in April 2014, which helped his team to win against Alfreton Town, with a final score of 3-2.

Start of His Career

In June 2014 Hereford was expelled from the Football Conference and Jarrod moved onto play at   Hull City in the Premier League in July.

He played his first game for Hull City on 23 August 2016 and once again he played an impressive game and Hull City was victorious over Exeter City.  He signed with Hull City in November 2016 for two years.

His first goal for Hull was scored while playing against Aston Villa in August 2017 and in September he signed a new contract that would take him to 2020 with the Tigers.

During the 2017 to 2018 football season he scored 15 goals, which made him the top scorer of the team and he also won the Hull City Supporter’s Player of the Year and the Player’s Player of the Year.

Jarrod was also nominated for the EFL Championship Player of the Month in December 2018, which he won.  In March of this year he was chosen for the Championship Team of the Season for 2018 to 2019.

Rumours of a Transfer

There is talk that Jarrod may transfer to Leicester City and it looks to be a move that will cost £15 million.  Only 22 years of age Jarrod has scored 21 goals in the 41 Championship games that he has played.  It looks as though Hull may not make it to the play-offs and so Leicester would like Jarrod to join the team according to the Sun.

The Sun has also said that both Tottenham and Everton are also looking to acquire him.  Reports have also claimed that Brendan Rogers has been tracking Jarrod’s progress since he began playing football in the East Midlands and says he is ready to fight against Everton and Tottenham who have made their intentions clear.

Shinji Okazaki is set to leave Leicester City on a free transfer and it is believed that Jarrod would be an excellent replacement.  Shinji has not renewed his contract after he was unsuccessful in scoring in any of his 13 league matches.

Earlier in the year the Tottenham transfer was looking promising and Jarrod has even been called the next Mohamed Salah.

During a press conference he was given the chance to speak about his future, but said that he would leave those matters to his agents and did not seem to be too concerned about the rumours going around.

It would seem that Jarrod, much like mobile casinos Canada is very much in demand, and for very good reason!
